Levein's reluctant relinquishment of four or five of Leicester's top players (incl. Gemmill, Blake and Gillespie) because the cash simply wasn't there to give them new deals shows just how insignificant the 'parachute payments' are in real terms when attempting to hold together a squad on Premeirship wages. Just highlights the need to keep the very best of what Norwich have and hope that NW makes some very, very shrewd purchases to make the necessary amendments.
However, I'd rather have NW's task than Redknapp's...
