They all honk like bollocks at the lad at the front of the V to keep going, and when he's shagged out he goes to the back of the V and another one takes over. Since they all reduce wind resistance for the ones behind them, they can fly further in formation than one one could alone. Summary: geese are f**king brilliant and cyclists are about as bright as geese.
