I don't! I missed most of the previous season due to one thing and another, didn't find a new club until the start of last season, and never got properly fit. Injured as usual after Xmas to boot. Combine that with free cooked lunches and you end up with a fat bastard!
Back home I trained twice a week (At least my current club actually train, unlike most!) and my proper fighting weight was about 80kg.
Currently I'm touching 90kg (Disgusting!), although the end of the cooked lunches and back to the sarnies is having some effect. I'd just got started on a good preseason when the car died...arse!
