nice to see you got mentioned in dispatches

it is a minefield granted. i only read the us press on occasion when they dole out free copies of the NYT or washington post on plane trips and it always seems, to me at least, that their reporting is far more objective than their british counterparts. usually quotes are attributed in the yankee press.
