Yes indeed but most of them were miners before ICI turned up....

When I was young, my Uncle Eric (who even now gives me shudders, he liked to hit you to learn) was in charge of a mine near Billingham and it wasn't fun going down the mine. I don't think we should mine; the fact we have driills to get a bunch of blokes out should surely make a point.
