...I haven't had any web access for 3 days now and landline for over a week. Virgin Media won't provide any information why or when it'll be fixed as you're talking to a gatekeeper in another country...
Could someone kindly do a quick online search and locate a name and email address for their Director of Services, or someone similar. Then i can let them know what I think of their 'service' and perhaps get some answers as to what the f**k is going on (or not)..
Also, is there such a thing as a decent ISP and phone company? If so, who?..
