They're drunk and think it's funny

They usually just leave windscreen wipers up (or snap them off), or walk along the roofs, or leave things on the car bonnets/roofs, or rip off numberplates. All these things have happened in the past year or so.

And there's f**k all you can do about it. Other than move.
