DROP EVERYTHING! Important stationery question

You know those long plastic tag things, they have little teeth, so that when you loop them round they grip, so you can put posters (usually advertising nights out at low-rent discotheques and 'make fast money now' schemes) and suchlike up...well, them, what would you call them?
