Well, there's a thing. Maybe.

I'm on the wagon for the Great North Run, which is 19th Sept, but then I figured that I may as well keep it up until we go away, which is 25th Sept - make my first drink in a month and half a nice cold beer on a Caribbean beach - top skills.

But then I thought, after a fortnight of lazing around eating and boozing, I'd better climb back on the wagon for a bit, so as not to gain too much of a tum.

I think, if I am, I'll make an exception for the Bears and Fucking Mark Curry, step down off the wagon slowly and deliberately, for one night, rather than fall off with a lack of grace and dignity.
