my missus was TUPE'd across when the place she worked for was sold - she was then given redundancy by the new people (after trying to bully her into leaving)and the bloke employed his own wife to do my wife's job - we took him to a tribunal via an ACAS? intermediate - she just got fed up with the forms, meetings, and mud slinging which was making her ill with worry so dropped the case
