Many of Rooder's deals did really well for City (Kennedy, Grounds, Bertrand, Taylor, Camara, Matty, Lita, Ched)
Some were rubbish and poor value (Sibi)
Others were just rubbish and/or mystifying (ArchHen, OJ)
Many were middling (Pearce, Gibbs, Lita)
