I think the way we plan is all part of the Lambert plan, and these late goals are no fluke

Set out the team in the "diamond" formation. EVery player knows his role, its tight, everyone has to work really hard, short passes, however, no real pace in the team.

20 mins to go, game gets strectched bring on the pace men of Mcnamee and Jackson, play the ball in behind and start causing teams problems as they tire.

I think Lambert doesnt trust Mcnamee and Jackson to start unless he has to. A little to erratic for his liking, to come off the bench and terrorise teams in the closing stages is a great weapon!!
