My effort... I'm a medieval barber, my customers come to me with all sorts of ailments as

we double as dentists and doctors. A man came to me with a dreadful palsy in his arm so I cut him and drew off some blood.

I said. "There, I've bled it."

Incidentally, this bleeeding is the origin of the red and white "Barbers pole" which can still be seen today outside some barber shops.
