Copy between the lines(-----) and paste into a compatible media player.

The above is a low bandwidth stream which is not geo blocked.

The next trick is getting an app on your Ipad to play the stream.

With a normal PC its a simple case of Firefox, Foxyproxy and finding working UK proxies.
