Potential to be our greatest ever manager, if we manage to hold on to him long enough. Some good buys for very little money, team is always motivated and purposeful and he has a Mourinho type knack of changing a game with brilliant substitutions and formation changes.

However, I do wish he would give it a rest with all this " The Championship is all new to us, big step up, learning all the time" We have only spent 1 of the last 50 seasons in lower than the championship (and in that 1 we pissed the league)
