Dear Mike,

I have been trying to contact you to extend a warm invitation to use our wonderful, newly refurbished facilities at Meadow Lane, prior to your forthcoming game in Nottingham.

We conducted a major scheme in the early summer and opened in time for the world cup.

Last weekend up to 300 official members of Leeds United Supporters Clubs used our sports bar before their game across the river.

This was a ‘private’ booking and therefore only named guests gained entry.

Given that your game is fast approaching I would like to offer you similar hospitality.

I very much look forward to hear from you in the near future.
