i have ordered from them twice before and i have had no issues with them

the items i've ordered ('leccy toothbrushes and media player/extender thingy for doing videos from my NAS to my telly) have come with european 2 pronged plugs - but they also include an adapter for the 3 pronged plugholes we have over here

if i needed a new telly i'd be happily on this 'un like a shot
