No way should Domenech have been in a job after Euro 2008 - especially after the proposal shenanigans!

Makes you realise just what a fine line it is sometimes though - if France had won the shoot-out in 2006, Crazy Ray would probably have retired and be remembered as the eccentric genius whose decision to pick Ribery and Malouda ahead of Pires and Giuly (on star signs) would be viewed as almost divine ... !
