Motherwell issue Cardiff with Winding up order

Was just watching SSN they announced that Motherwell have reviewed their position following Cardiff's transfer activity. They took Cardiff to court (who didn't even turn up) over a transfer fee. They have now petitioned for a winding up order and may even send bailiffs to Cardiff on match days to seize money.
