Sod it, can't wait all day, I shall just anticipate your response

So, you are humanitarian depending upon the country involved. Well, that's an oxymoron to start off with. Humanitarianism is the belief in helping people regardless of religion, nationality etc etc, you see 'human-itarianism'.

These are some of the humans you would be helping:

But you won't help them, why not?

I am going to assume that you don't like the ruler of that country, you feel they harbour terrorists, or have a poor human rights record. Maybe you object to the political corruption?

But you see those people above? They aren't harbouring terrorists, they aren't committing human rights abuses, or colluding in corruption, they are fighting to survive.

The Pakistani government doesn't have funds to help them. If the same thing happened to this country, nor would we: but I would hope that people in other countries wouldn't look at us and say 'hmm, I don't like the look of those numpties in charge, oh and I didn't like those wars they got involved with', leaving me and my family starving and waist deep in diseased water. I would hope that people are, y'know, more humanitarian than that.

By the way, why did you give to the Tsunami relief fund? If you object to the government of Pakistan, then the Indonisians and Sri Lankan governments are guilty of arguably worse human rights abuses.
