technically the changing rooms arent large enough for nuclear weapons production

although the actual weapons themselves are of similar size to conventional non-nuclear weapons the production processes are exponentially far larger and whilst the home dressing room at carrow road could feasibly be used to produce a crude high explosive warhead, similar to those used by rpg toting crackheads in tinpot dictatorships and chantry, a similar sized nuclear device would probably need production facilites the same size as asdas.
