Got up

took part in a conference call at 07.30hrs
Had visit from my Parents
Discussed yesterdays game with my Father he doesn't go anymore but still is a keen follower and has loads of stories about the 59 cup run
Had lunch tuna sandwich
Went through my works e-mails putting nearly 200 ( just 1 weeks worth ) in the respective folders for me never to be able to find them again
had tea (roast beef)
Watched 2nd half pool v arse
And now waiting for a phone call from a guy in Aberdeen who I have asked to go into work and check if has a certain piece of equipment that someone needs
Then I think I'll look for something to watch on I player
