1) the shambolic diamond
2) buying and then discarding doherty
3) the bentley bust-up (though that's probably 50/50)
4) not replacing the leaders in iwan and malky
5) keeping blind faith in flem in every single game despite having alternatives in charlton and doc and conceding 80 goals
6) singularly failing to address the issue that we don't defend as a team - we're not going to score four or five goals away from home to make up for that obvious deficiency. organisation in a team starts with the coaching and the shape
7) not realising earlier that safri is a class act

he's got some things right - buying deano, his general conduct re refs etc, but overall he's had a poor season.
