If you have any evidence that refs don't give certain decisions

to a team because they are playing big teams, get it all together in a dossier, with dates, times, video evidence and other evidence if possible, stick it all in a folder and send it away to The FA.

Please don't think you can just say "well the ref didn't give a card there, he is favoring that team" you have to actually prove these things now-a-days, madness eh?
