.Net, iFrame or something similar help required....

I've got an opportunity to put a bid in for a help system. The one the client wants is basically a (and don't laugh!!) MSAgent helper (yes that pesky MS Office paperclip thing) and they want this to sit on top of an existing intranet IE application. Coding the agent is fine, but I need someone to come on board for the IE part, in that I need some way of knowing what the current page is, maybe the field where the cursor is so that we can instruct the helper to behave accordingly.

I know what the competing bids are and for how much.

This work can be done at home.

Anyone know someone who has the technical skills and might be interested?
