well, even then it doesn't make it an interesting story for the purposes of the film. Even if it was a made up in Leo's head dream, the writers could have made it an INTERESTING made up in Leo's head dream rather than what they chose.

I missed the meaning of the so called twist at the end with the beginning being repeated at the end with the old Japanese guy - was that trying to suggest it was all in Leo's mind?
