These clubs need to be relegated 2 divisions at least to discourage crazy spending.

How did they run up that debt while playing in the prem and reaching the cup final twice in the last few years

Not only that they sold a ton of players for a lot of money which makes it even more amazing.

I think you will see more teams taking the burnley route and not getting into crazy debt.
