help from you wrothers required please

i can sign into facebook it says someone changed my password in the middle of the night, and i also can't get onto my hotmail accout for the same reason.

i think i've been hacked, the thing is to re-do my facebook password i need to get into my hotmail account, and i can't get into my hotmail account as i can't remember what i put fo my granfathers occupation? and don't remember the alternative email address i suplied

any help is much aprieciated
