Erm, not to be a harbinger of doom and that

But every year we are linked with a foreign striker and some of them even arrive and play for us. And are then lost somehow and have to leave a few weeks or months later. The last two seasons have given us Maric and Dave Striker. I thought both of them deserved better. No-one wants them to succeed more than I do but something seems to prevent this happening.
