Techy help required AGAIN

firstly thanks to all those who helped last week to get rid of ANTIVIR PRO - all ok now apart from the f**king keyboard. it worked for a couple of days but now its totally locked out and in device manager its states that a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory (code38) have googled this and all i get is septic tanks banging on about deleting things in the registry and booting off disc's etc - can anybody help??
