serious techy help needed i think i'm f**ked

on my home pc i cannot get online - msg keeps coming up with rundl32.exec infected and keeps asking me to aqctivate spyware - this is then blocked saying thats infected too and i go round in vicious circle. i always end up at a purchase screen for something i have no idea about and my comp wont let me into it anyway. tell me the truth am i f**ked? like proper f**ked like ze germans or is there someway out of it
