The reason given by the CPS was bollox too. They said no chance of prosecution

because of conflicting medical evidence. 3 pms, 2 agreed that cause of death was internal bleeding cuased by fall. Tho other was produced by a coroner with 26 outstanding cases of malpractice against him - surely his testimony would haveof been deemed unreliable thus leaving the other two pms as the outstanding evidence
