either the Guardian or Telegraph not sure which , saying basically that Heskey has not been the worst player for England over the years , but because the Media were against him then he has been portrayed as such , they then said that gerrards performances for England have been consistently bad , but because the populist media love him , he gets away with them

I think Gerrard has been awful and watching him in the World Cup is almost painful , I told a work colleague before the USA game to watch him and they could not believe how bad he was and the passes that were misplaced
