I like that idea. Then you could make the Europa League for teams that finish in the

other current champions league places, which would make it more competitive and a more prestigious tournament. Do away with the league stages of that and call it the UEFA cup.

You could also introduce a european competition for national cup winners and call it the Cup Winners Cup.

That would be good. Why don't they do that?
