Some people in sales work for professional companies & give their clients what they need in a professional manner. Some companies are cowboys . It is the same in every business.

You sir can buy your holidays/windows/kitchens/pensions from cowboys. I neirther need nor want a w**ker like you as a client & you can carry on working long after my clients can afford to, & have retired
