Wimbeldon is played ever year (like the prem) but you don't have to win many games to win it (like the World Cup) and if you don't win it, you get another go at another Grand Slam a few months later (unlike either of them)
The frequency of the Grand Slams and the relatively low number of matches required to win them devalues the individual titles. It's not till you're a multiple winner that they start to register on the "pinnacle" scale
