Like mentioned on this thread about Holland ignoring him. Another ref would have ended their game at the De Jong stage

Webb came through, I should admit he did well in the end.

On the justice side, I've wanted De Jong to have punishment the whole tourny, he stamped on a Danish player in game one, and ended the tournament getting away with something awful too

At least he hasn't got a winners medal
