Tell the mum that it would be really helpful for her to supply a packed lunch of the stuff he CAN eat which won't take her a minute given that she is used to coping with his fussy difficult namby pamby whiny spoilt brat habits, and indeed is probably responsible for them, whereas it would take you for ever and you would probably get it wrong and you would hate that to be on your conscience, and tell her that there'll be lots of NORMAL food for NORMAL children and it's not your fault if Mr Fussy eats some NORMAL food and dies
