...assuming you are I fear that it would create as many problems as it serves...they team that get the non goal will be angry as potentially will be their supporters...therefore the game should stop so the ref can seek advice...they should make the brief pause whilst they wait for the ruling part of the game as they do in cricket and tennis...fans love any excuse for a "wwwwwwwwwhhhhhhoooooaaaaaahhhhhh..."
