No1: as long as the system isn't abused then that's fine...
No2: I'm not particularly in favour of technology for handballs at the time - nick 'em later and ban 'em. Kinda falls into category No1. As for bad or missed offside calls that's really a part of the game and aside from later training porpoises for refs I wouldn't want technology introduced during a match to take that away...little or no point for the linesman really with your model...
No3 Play has to stop. If no goal goalkeeper's ball. You can't continue play as the other team may break up field and score before a disputed goal is awarded to the defending team...
No4 I refer you back to No2. There has to be debate, it's a game, and throw ins and corners are not terminal to football's credibility as missing actual goals so linesman/ref decides at the time as they do now...
