Milner I quite liked, cos he never was the quickest, so his development has been had elsewhere. Hence Leeds are known for having good academy youngsters

There is something chronically wrong accross the board though. It's almost why ex players make good managers. They maybe don't want how it was done to them, to happen to their teams in management

It's possible that's why people like Lee Clark get such a quick reaction out of squads when taking on their first job
