Are nothing but mercenaries, these days. The World Cup is simply a cash cow, and the shameful way they protect their sponsors to the detriment of fans and the South African population only supports this. They are due to make about ?3bn profit from this tournament - yet wont even let local vendors sell cheap tat.

FIFA have the game for hire. Nothing more.
