Borrow DVDs - whether that be from Lovefilm, the library or wherever.

Strip out all the Albanian subtitles and Rwandan language track using DVD shrink, then burn them with DVD Decrypter.

Yours to keep then, and you don't need gret hooge bandwidths or fall foul of internet polices...
