DO you think they actually do sums?

How many working hours will have been lost because of this one incident? Sending drivers up through Madingley to the M11, dwon to Royston and up to Newmarket. People like Ralf stuck in Hardwick forever. And it's not exactly a rare event. Surely improvements pay for themselves quite quickly.
