Most of the other squads seem to have better quality back up players.

It could be Capello's selection, but I think it is more a lack of quality in certain areas in the players he can choose from. The alternative striking options if we lost Rooney for a game make our squad as an attacking force look very weak.

When I say most of the other squads, I aim the comment at the bigger nations.
