Surely it is subjective? Take the German game last night

1st goal - forward hangs back while others rush in to the 6 yard box, ball is cut back and they score through the forward who delayed his run

3rd(?) goal - forward runs to 6 yard box then pulss off to back post and ball is fired across the box for him to slot home.

I think England were keen to score and build on the lead and so they all piled in towards the goal, Lampard is the one who arrives later for Chelsea but was no-where to be seen in the England attacks like that. Gerrard does the same for Liverpool - so is it actually a case that they can't play together as they are restricting each other?!
