He?s apparently had scouts from all of the top clubs watching every week since he was about 12. He?s big strong, has a good touch and by all accounts scum are very lucky to have him.

The reason Spurs will want/have to pay a lot now is because as he?s only 17, he could qualify as ?home grown? in a couple of years, after all these new regulations are brought in.
