I don't think five foot seven and twelve stun is necessarily indicative of "podge".

Muscle is heavier than podge after all, if he's a well muscled chap that could explain it.

Or it could just be podge. Admittedly, I'd've thought an athletic chap of five foot seven would likely be lighter than 12st.
