having read through the pantspat from yesterday, that the actual reason for the TJ gig being cancelled was due to lack of demand for over-priced tickets.

Concert promoters can't have their singing superstars playing to a half empty stadium, so the club save face with installation of extra seating excuse.

I imagine both Bowkett and the Promoter tapped the side of their noses and moved on.
