Norwich set to sign Stoke midfielder Tom Soares on loan

My source at Norwich tells me that Solomon Taiwo has failed his medical and will not be signing, but Charlton have accepted a bid for Nicky Bailey and he is due to talk terms with Norwich very soon but there has been an offer from Southampton as well. I was told that the friendly between Dagenham and Redbridge and Norwich was made because Norwich have agreed to sign Danny Green but im not sure when he will officially sign. Fraser Forster will sign shortly as well.

Nicky Bailey is reportedly delighted with the interest being shown in him by Southampton and Norwich. However despite the lure of Championship football next season Bailey could be leaning towards Southampton more because he feels another season in League 1 could really benefit him and he would know Southampton are likely to be promoted next season so could move the league one club. He would also be re?united with Alan Pardew although Pardew was not in charge for long whilst Bailey was at the club
